National Sales Position
The Director of Growth is responsible for working in conjunction with service providers, clinics, continuing care personnel, and targeted post-acute care businesses specializing in Complex Rehab, DME, and Supply Fulfillment.
The Director of Growth will identify and develop relationships with these targeted providers to educate and promote ATLAS TECHNOLOGY suite of products and services. The Director of Growth is a senior-level position responsible for developing and executing a company's overall growth strategy, utilizing data analysis to identify opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive sustainable customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across various marketing channels, aiming to significantly expand the company's market reach and customer base.
Qualifications

3-5 minimum years previous Sales Experience
-
Clinical Credentials are a plus (Physical or Occupation Therapist, Assistive Technology Professional)

Strong Complex Rehab Mobility Industry Relationships

Dynamic Presentation Skills

Comprehensive understanding of Data Analytics and application

Base understanding and application of Enterprise Software and Customer Relationship Management Software
Responsibilities

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and existing identified potential business opportunities

Professionally represent ATLAS at tradeshows, state associations meetings and legislative fly-ins.

Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and phone calls

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate business opportunities

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
