National Sales Position

The Director of Growth is responsible for working in conjunction with service providers, clinics, continuing care personnel, and targeted post-acute care businesses specializing in Complex Rehab, DME, and Supply Fulfillment.

The Director of Growth will identify and develop relationships with these targeted providers to educate and promote ATLAS TECHNOLOGY suite of products and services. The Director of Growth is a senior-level position responsible for developing and executing a company's overall growth strategy, utilizing data analysis to identify opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive sustainable customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across various marketing channels, aiming to significantly expand the company's market reach and customer base.

Qualifications

  •    3-5 minimum years previous Sales Experience
  •    Clinical Credentials are a plus (Physical or Occupation Therapist, Assistive Technology Professional)
  •    Strong Complex Rehab Mobility Industry Relationships
  •    Dynamic Presentation Skills
  •    Comprehensive understanding of Data Analytics and application
  •    Base understanding and application of Enterprise Software and Customer Relationship Management Software
     
Responsibilities
  •    Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and existing identified potential business opportunities
  •    Professionally represent ATLAS at tradeshows, state associations meetings and legislative fly-ins.
  •    Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and phone calls
  •    Identify client needs and suggest appropriate business opportunities
  •    Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  •    Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  •    Stay up-to-date with new products/services and business model

Client Support and Training

Client Support and Training works with service providers and personnel specializing in Complex Rehab, DME and Supply Fulfillment. Client Support and Training is responsible for onboarding new clients to the ATLAS Enterprise Software (ATLAS) and ACES ATP platforms, conduct training sessions, assist with client support issues, prepare training materials and videos, and address other training and support needs from ATLAS and ACES ATP Clients. Analyze subscriber processes and collaborate with subscribers on recommended improvements.

Qualifications

  •  3-5 minimum years previous Customer Support experience
  •  Strong Complex Rehab Mobility Industry background
  •  Dynamic Presentation Skills
  •  Base understanding and application of Enterprise Software and Customer Relationship Management Software
  •  Previous experience as a user of ATLAS Enterprise Software is a plus
     
Responsibilities
  •  Remote training via Microsoft Teams with new subscribers to ATLAS
  •  Weekly remote training to educate and review processes for the subscribers to the ACES ATP platform
  •  Remote Q&A refresher sessions with existing ATLAS subscribers
  •  Remote training sessions to introduce and educate ATLAS subscribers on new features
  •  Create written and video training materials for integration into ATLAS
  •  Monitor the ATLAS helpdesk to address training support requests
  •  Stay up-to-date with new products/services to ATLAS
  •  Utilize ATLAS reporting data to discover ways to assist subscribers to increase efficiency and revenues
